6 Week Alcohol Reset
This program is best suited to someone who is ready to take a 30 day break from alcohol. This program involves 1 week of pre-work, 4 weeks of alcohol free time and 1 week of post work to plan your way forward.
How it works: We work through Annie Grace’s 30 day Alcohol experiment, with personal coaching. Instead of white-knuckling it through the 30 days, we invest this time developing an empowering mindset around alcohol by;
Delving into why you drink more than you intend to.
Discover the cultural, societal and conditioned beliefs you were unaware of that keep you stuck.
Empower you to change your thinking around alcohol to move into freedom!
Focus on the benefits you gain when alcohol is removed, and learn how to relax and enjoy yourself without alcohol in the picture.

12 week Pathway to Freedom Program
How it works: We spend time working on your mindset before you take that break from alcohol. We set you up for success and empower you to make a lasting change to your drinking patterns.
Over the course of 12 weeks we:
Pause by putting down the weapons of blame and shame. Before you stop drinking, we become curious about what leads you to drink.
Learn about alcohol, cultivate awareness about your personal habits and triggers and develop plans to keep you on track.
Take a break from alcohol to reset your body and mindset – you decide how long. We focus on what you gain from being alcohol free, while continuing to build better habits and routines that leaves you feeling like the best version of yourself.
Plan to reach your long term alcohol free goals and set you up for success.
